Our Story
Precon began because we lived the problems we now solve. We’ve been on site, in estimation rooms, and on coordination calls where broken designs arrived late, inaccurate BOQs caused budget overruns, last-minute changes derailed schedules, and rework consumed days of progress. We felt the pressure of tender deadlines with incomplete drawings, the frustration of coordination gaps between trades, and the stress of fixing errors that should never have happened.
We started Precon to become the partners we never had during those days. Word spread, and soon we were supporting developers, architects, cost consultants, design-build firms, and specialist contractors. Today, we are a full-service preconstruction partner offering estimation, BIM/VDC, MEP support, construction documents, scheduling, and dedicated engineering teams.
